About the Blue Smart IP65 Charger 12/15(1) CEE7/16

The Victron Blue Smart IP65 12V 15A battery charger CEE 7/17 is designed for charging 12V battery systems from 230VAC. The charging current of this charger is 15A according to a seven-step intelligent charging algorithm, which can charge 12V battery systems with a capacity between 75Ah and 150Ah. The charger is equipped with a round CEE 7/17 contour plug for Schuko sockets.

The seven-step charging algorithm gets the best out of your battery. The charger provides the battery with the power it needs, maintains it in good condition, and ensures better performance… and a longer lifespan.

Recovery of deeply discharged ‘dead’ batteries

Unlike other brands, the Blue Smart IP65 charger will attempt to recharge a deeply discharged battery by force-feeding it with a low current. Normal charging then resumes as soon as there is sufficient voltage across the battery terminals.

Easy battery connection

The charger comes with both crocodile clips and M8 eyelets, making it easy to connect the battery. If desired, the battery can remain permanently connected.

Remote battery status monitoring

The Blue Smart IP65 charger features built-in Bluetooth, allowing the status of the charger and the battery to be monitored on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. All charger settings can be configured using the VictronConnect app.
