Technical Talent – Autonomous Energy Systems Specialist (Willebroek)

At Venstar, we design, supply, and support smart autonomous energy systems for a wide range of applications. No two days are the same, and you will get every opportunity to further develop yourself into a true specialist.

What will you do?

Your role consists of a great mix of technology, customer contact, and practical work.

You will work from our location in Willebroek

You are the primary technical point of contact for our customers and dealers.

You:

• provide technical advice on autonomous energy systems;
• guide customers with installations, configurations, and software;
• prepare quotes and contribute ideas for the best technical solution;
• help customers by phone, email, or via remote support;
• assemble fully customized energy systems according to the customer’s wishes.

Depending on the projects, you will go on-site

When an intervention is necessary, you head out into the field.

You provide technical support for:

• motorhomes and campers;
• service vehicles;
• home battery systems;
• energy systems for (holiday) homes;
• off-grid installations;
• professional energy solutions on-site.

In addition:

• you help with the development and construction of new installations in our well-equipped workshop;
• you take responsibility for a smooth flow of goods for incoming and outgoing deliveries;
• you actively contribute ideas for new products.

After thorough training, you will work completely independently and become a true specialist in autonomous energy supplies.

Who are you?

We are looking for a colleague who works in a customer-friendly manner.

You:

• are technically inclined;
• are solution-oriented and love challenges;
• communicate fluently and are customer-friendly;
• take responsibility and work independently;
• work accurately and are good at planning;
• have a hands-on mentality;
• feel at home in a small, dynamic company where everyone helps each other;
• have a TSO diploma or a technically related bachelor’s degree.

Experience is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

Do you have a strong technical foundation, and are you handy and eager to learn? Then we would love to invest in your training to become an off-grid energy specialist.

You speak perfect Dutch. A good basic knowledge of French and possibly English is a plus.
